Some products offered by Pacific Derma are intended only for registered healthcare practitioners, in accordance with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
By placing an order or accessing restricted areas of the website, you confirm that you are:

  • A registered doctor, nurse, or authorised medical professional, or

  • An authorised representative of a licensed clinic, and

  • Compliant with all regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction (AHPRA, MCNZ, Medsafe, TGA, etc.)

We reserve the right to verify credentials and decline orders that do not meet eligibility requirements.

1.2 General Users

General users may access non-restricted parts of the website for informational purposes.
No information on this website constitutes medical advice or therapeutic claims.

2. Ordering & Account Registration

2.1 Information Accuracy

You agree that all information provided when creating an account or placing an order is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Pacific Derma reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion.

2.3 Pricing

All prices listed:

  • Are in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD) as specified

  • Exclude GST unless stated otherwise

  • May change without notice

3. Payment

We accept payment via approved methods displayed at checkout.
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to process a payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Actual timeframes may vary due to stock availability, shipping location, or courier delays.

4.2 Risk & Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
Title remains with Pacific Derma until full payment is received.

4.3 International Deliveries

Deliveries outside Australia or New Zealand may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the clinical nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We may offer a replacement or refund where:

  • A product is damaged in transit

  • There is an error in order fulfilment

  • The product is faulty or non-compliant with consumer law

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with supporting evidence.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items stored incorrectly

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods incorrectly handled after delivery

6.1 No Medical Advice

Product descriptions are for informational and business purposes only and are not therapeutic claims.

6.2 Regulatory Requirements
